Hello eco-conscious!

Finally, spring has come, everything around is changing, coming to life, gaining beauty and energy. It is time for us to strengthen and replenish energy reserves. Let's try to add a little more green to our library. To draw attention to a healthy lifestyle and organic food, we decided on an interesting experiment. Have you heard of the dish of the future - microgreens? Until a few years ago, no one knew about it, and now this product is popular and extremely useful. This is a real vitamin bomb. The number of useful microelements in such plants exceeds ten times their fully grown analogues. That is why microgreens are so popular with connoisseurs of a healthy lifestyle. At the same time, microgreens have an amazing taste. It is added to soups, side dishes, salads. Create a real restaurant at home, decorating dishes with useful green sprouts.

So in our library we grew microgreens plants. To do this, they bought radish seeds, green peas, broccoli and used the advice of bloggers from the network. In truth, it turned out not as easy as in the video. Shoots of young plants that sprouted needed a lot of sunlight and heat. For us, untrained "agronomists", this was a problem. Still, the greens rose and pleased us with a delicious, healthy green mat. We prepared salads, added tender microgreens leaves and tasted with great pleasure. Delicious and useful!
