Reserve a Room
Sumy State University students, faculty and staff may reserve rooms in the Libraries for academically focused meetings, group sessions and research-related events (e.g., author talks, panels, guest lectures).
To reserve a room, please fill in the form or contact us 1 working day before the date of the event.
External users can reserve rooms for a fee.
How to use the "Room Order" service:
- Open the Calendar of events and activities
- Select the required date
- Check the availability of the selected room
- Fill out the form.
Attention! During an air alert, we ask you to immediately go to the nearest shelter!
Room for Individual Work
- Size: 15 square meters. Up to 3 people.
- Technical support: 1 computer, web-camera, speakers, batteries, 5 tables (including 2 magazines), 7 chairs, 7 chairs
