According to the new requirements of the present, SumDU updates the library spaces. Recently the Service Department at the Central Library has been updated. The Circulation Desk (r. 208) has been equipped with an open reception. The new room zoning with places for comfortable group and individual work and rest has been created. Now here you can look through new books and journals, view thematic and book exhibitions, use terminals to search the literature in the electronic catalog or order a book from another library.

Virtual Reading Room (r. 213) has been equipped with modern sensor monoblocks. Here you can get a consultation on usage of scientometric databases and open educational resources, get to know about checking academic texts for plagiarism and data management tools.

In the Reading Room of the Educational Literature (r. 305) you can view new actual literature, use computer and copying equipment, drink aromatic coffee and relax on the new comfortable furniture.

Necessarily you need to visit the Event Room (r. 204). Many different events, open art and photo exhibitions are taken place there. Nearest event announcements.
